Prepare these simple requirements to become a member of our cooperative family

    Pre-Membership Educational Seminar (PMES)

    Attend the required orientation seminar

    Birth Certificate / Marriage Certificate

    Photocopy required

    Two (2) Valid Government IDs

    Photocopy of any two: SSS, GSIS, TIN, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, Driver's License, PRC, Voter's ID, Postal ID, Passport, Senior Citizen ID, School ID (for students), or National ID

    PMES Certificate

    Original Certificate of Attendance
